Meet Lindsae
I spent a lot of my life learning how to survive.

I learned how to read a room. How to become what was needed. How to make sure everyone else felt included, loved, cared for and seen—even when I was the one getting lost in the process.
My life has held instability, neglect, abuse, addiction and recovery, grief, mental health struggles, motherhood without much of a village, and losses that brought me to places I wasn't sure I'd come back from.
But the thing about survival is that sometimes the things that kept you safe become the things that keep you small.
It took me a long time to realize I was still doing what I'd learned to do as a kid: tucking in my corners. Stripping pieces of myself away. Becoming smaller so I could belong.
That’s where Unbound begins.
Mystical Souls gave me a place to reclaim my spirituality and trust a part of myself I'd spent years questioning.
Unbound is me claiming the rest.
I'm spiritual. I'm also bold, loud and imperfect. I swear. I have a story to tell. I have a heart full of love—and there's a hell of a lot of fire in there, too.
To me, being unbound means letting go of the conditioning, expectations and false narratives we've carried for so long that they started sounding like truth.
Not so you can become more like me.
So you can become more fully you.
Because what I want most is for people to leave my presence remembering how fucking incredible they are.
I picture it like this: if I could walk past someone and tap them on the shoulder just long enough to make the little flicker inside their lantern light back up, I would.
That's what I want this work to do.
The light is still in there.
