For people who have been through some shit.

You are more than what happened to you.

Whatever brought you here, it doesn’t get to write the rest of your story.

still
here.

There’s still something in you worth reigniting.

Lindsae smiling in a misty field with both arms raised

Hey, I’m Lindsae.

I’m not here to tell you who to be. I’m here to remind you of who you already are.

I know what it’s like when life knocks the wind out of you—and then expects you to keep answering emails like nothing happened.

My work is about sitting beside people who’ve lived through the hard stuff, offering another way to see the story, and reminding them of the power that was theirs all along.

Meet the human behind Unbound

Maybe this feels familiar

You kept going.
Somewhere in there, you lost touch with you.

Maybe grief rearranged everything. Maybe recovery changed the shape of your life. Maybe you’ve loved someone through addiction or mental illness, survived a major upheaval, or spent so long keeping everyone afloat that you forgot what solid ground felt like.

You don’t need a neat label—or a tidy ending—to belong here.

The heart of Unbound

Your story can become fuel.

Not because “everything happens for a reason.” Sometimes painful things are simply painful. They don’t become gifts because somebody put a pretty quote over them.

The meaning is in what you choose to make from what you’ve lived: the boundaries you draw, the truth you tell, the life you build, and the light you carry into places that once felt dark. That’s the fuel. That’s where the ripple begins.

The Middle Space: A Night of Horses, Fire & Coming Home to Yourself

“I was at a point in my life where I was full of hopelessness, I was stuck... she guided me to the path I knew I needed to take but wasn't able to get to on my own... I am no longer stuck — I have started my journey.”

— Becca U.
